At around 11 p.m. on October 21, the China-Laos Railway's first inclusive international tourist train, numbered Y26/7, departed from Kunming Railway Station with more than 340 passengers onboard, heading south toward Vientiane, the capital of Laos.
The inclusive tourist train is a specially designed service mainly for the silver-age travel group and has three notable features. First, it offers safe and convenient travel, with elderly-friendly facilities such as anti-slip flooring and emergency call devices to ensure passengers' safety. Second, it provides thoughtful service, with tour guides accompanying the journey, flexible itineraries and comprehensive arrangements covering food, accommodation and transportation. Third, it delivers excellent value, upholding the principle of "upgraded service with no price increase," allowing senior travelers to enjoy a more comfortable and affordable experience.
