World's Fastest High-Speed Train
Undergoing Multiple Testing and Validation
The world's fastest high-speed train, the CR450, has completed its prototype design and successfully rolled off the production line. Currently, the development team is conducting a series of scientific experiments and performance validations to pave the way for the train's early commercial operation. As a key project in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" for technological innovation, the CR450 represents another technological breakthrough based on the CR400 train currently in operation. The development team has carried out hundreds of extreme condition simulation tests on the newly applied permanent magnet traction motor. To reduce air resistance during high-speed operation, researchers have overcome challenges like resonance and heat dissipation, successfully encasing the entire bogie area beneath the train for the first time.
